What I'm looking for

I seek research-focused roles in device physics or materials R&D where I can lead development of scalable, high-performance flexible electronics, work in collaborative academic/industry teams, and advance novel low-voltage transistor technologies with opportunities for mentorship and publication.

I am a postdoctoral researcher at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications focused on organic, inorganic, and hybrid thin-film transistors with deep expertise in charge-transport physics, interfacial engineering, and device stability for flexible electronics. I combine hands-on device fabrication (solution-processed and vacuum-deposited films) with advanced electrical characterization to optimize low-voltage, wearable and hybrid electronic devices.

My work includes development of high-stability electrolyte-gated organic transistors, scalable device architectures, and contributions to device modeling and contact engineering, supported by multiple peer-reviewed publications and international collaborations. I am driven by intellectual curiosity, innovation, and translating fundamental charge-transport insights into reproducible, high-performance devices.
