I lead Law & Order ITOPs at Punjab IT Board, managing the Driving License Issuance Management System across Punjab, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan. I oversee system upgrades, server infrastructure, resource allocation, and technical issue resolution for critical public IT operations.

My work includes directing Case Management and Police Station Management systems, as well as managing systems for the Anti-Narcotics Force, National Cyber Crime Investigation Authority, and Ministry of Communication.

Previously, I developed the strategic and operational framework for Minhaj University Lahore's Business Incubation Center and guided startups through business planning, financial modeling, marketing, sales, and operations. At Regional Plan9, I led cohorts of 10–15 early-stage startups, built partnerships, coordinated mentorship, and created individualized growth strategies.

I've also worked as a Product Owner for e-commerce products and as a Junior Backend Developer building ASP .NET Core features, testing components, documenting APIs, and using Git. I bring experience in project management, business development, Agile delivery, and technology-driven public services.
