Previously at VFS Global, I verified and processed high volumes of visa applications while maintaining 100% compliance with embassy regulations and SOPs. I managed confidential records, biometric data capture, and complex global mobility documentation queries in a fast-paced environment.

My work combines immigration compliance, document verification, risk mitigation, and client advisory. I coordinate with universities, immigration authorities, overseas partners, and internal teams to keep applications accurate and moving forward.

I'm also building on my process optimization and project management foundation as I prepare for Master's studies in Project Management and International Business in the UK.
