As a Visa Counselor at Global Student Solution (GSS), I provide expert consultation to individuals and students on international relocation and complex visa application frameworks. I manage end-to-end document compliance, application filings, and strict adherence to requirements, while maintaining an exceptionally high success rate through accurate profile evaluation, mock interviews, and structuring legal documentation.

Before that, I served as an Administrator at GSS, supervising daily operational workflows and coordinating office schedules while maintaining comprehensive digital and physical records. I also liaised between cross-functional teams to streamline communication and optimize resource allocation for client visa processing.

Earlier in my career, I built strong stakeholder pipelines in recruitment roles such as Sales Recruiter and Bench Sales Recruiter across the US IT consulting market. I sourced, screened, and interviewed candidates, managed the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, optimized pipeline conversion metrics, negotiated contracts, supported onboarding, and ensured compliance with employment laws—skills I now apply to client success with clarity, critical thinking, and time management.
