At Nizam Database Solutions, LLC, I implement Oracle Fusion Project Financial Management solutions and configure Project Resource Management for planning, staffing, and project assignments.
I’ve led configuration of Oracle HCM Core HR, Compensation, and Absence, and supported Oracle Recruiting Cloud and payroll processing. I also created HDL/HSDL templates and designed OTBI and BI Publisher reports across HCM, Payroll, Financials, Procurement, SCM, and Recruiting.
At Towel Specialties, Inc., I built an Oracle APEX reporting and workflow automation application integrated with real-time Oracle EBS data, reducing manual reporting effort by 50%. I also developed PL/SQL-based ETL processes and supported migration between Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS.
Across my Oracle work, I’ve developed and supported EBS and Oracle Utilities CC&B applications, built integrations, and tuned SQL and PL/SQL. I hold the Oracle Certified – Oracle Database 19c certification.
