At First Energy, I develop Oracle FDI HR analytics, including workbooks for employee separations, talent acquisition, workforce movement, and overtime anomalies. I also build OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL-based reports for HR, Finance, and Compliance.

At G6 Hospitality, I designed month-end close dashboards that reduced close time by 25% and contributed to an end-to-end Fusion Data Intelligence implementation across ERP and HCM. I also worked on the migration from on-prem OBIEE to OAC and developed analytics for financial statements, AP/AR aging, and budget versus actuals.

Across my BI roles, I’ve worked with Oracle analytics platforms on reporting, data models, security, and integrations. My earlier work includes OBIEE development and administration, BI Publisher reporting, and SAP BusinessObjects development.
