Je suis technicien réseaux et sécurité récemment diplômé d’un BTS Réseaux et Sécurité Informatique, avec une expérience pratique en maintenance informatique, support client et déploiement de petites solutions réseaux. Mes stages chez Tunisie Telecom et L’Office du Commerce m'ont permis d'appliquer des règles de sécurité, réaliser des projets Arduino et contribuer à la conception de réseaux privés NGN.
J'ai travaillé comme conseiller client et technicien en entreprise, développant un solide sens du service, la résolution de plaintes et des compétences en outils réseau (Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, eNSP Huawei, Wireshark). Je crée aussi des sites vitrines et portfolios en HTML/CSS/JavaScript et je suis motivé à rejoindre une équipe IT pour apporter maintenance, support et amélioration des infrastructures réseau.
