I've spent 22+ years guiding developers, designers, and contractors to deliver high-quality construction projects on time.
I'm currently a Project Manager with ACE Project Management Moharram Bakhoum, working through PMCS on a resort construction project, alongside Resident Engineer assignments in Egypt.
Previously, I led operations and technical affairs and managed the technical office at Summit Construction Company in Cairo. I also managed projects at Alsadd Consulting Engineering in Doha and led its technical department as a Senior Civil Engineer.
I bring civil and structural engineering foundations, KPI-driven project leadership, and experience building empowered teams focused on excellence and client satisfaction.
