At IBM India, I deliver workforce utilization, capacity, productivity, and forecasting reports for APAC and MEA regions. I support workforce gap analysis, resource optimization, executive dashboards, and better bench utilization with delivery leaders.

I've also managed finance operations for Hindustan Unilever and British Petroleum, including Bill of Exchange payments, bank coordination, MIS reporting, invoice processing, vendor master data, and audit stakeholder support.

I use VBA to automate reporting, including Demand and FLC reports that reduced reporting effort. I also helped transition Hundi payments from manual processing to NEFT/RTGS and stabilized reverse knowledge transitions for critical P2P processes.

My work combines workforce management, accounts payable, vendor management, SLA monitoring, and process improvement across complex operations.
