I am a highly-motivated and result-oriented QA/AT Lead with 7 years of commercial experience in the IT industry. My journey has been marked by a commitment to excellence in product quality assurance, where I have successfully created and implemented QA processes from scratch. I thrive on challenges and am eager to collaborate with teams to establish new standards in quality assurance.

Throughout my career, I have held significant roles, including my current position as Head of QA at PASHA Insurance. Here, I developed a comprehensive Release Management strategy and established key performance indicators for QA systems engineering. My technical expertise includes automation testing using TypeScript and Playwright for web applications, as well as mobile app testing with Flutter and Patrol. I have also performed load testing using k6, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

In addition to my technical skills, I have a strong background in mentoring and leading QA teams. I have successfully integrated QA processes into existing pipelines and have been instrumental in sharing QA resources across multiple projects. My ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with stakeholders has been key to my success in driving improvements and ensuring product compliance with requirements.
