What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build reliable cloud data platforms, ETL pipelines, monitoring, and data-quality controls while staying hands-on with Azure, Databricks, SQL performance, and client-facing delivery.

At FinIQ Consultancy, I own the reliability, performance, and availability of the Treasury and Investment Banking trading platform data tier across 20+ production Azure SQL instances used by global banking clients.

I lead 3–4 engineers across DBA, SQL Server, and Azure work while staying hands-on with ETL support, root-cause analysis, source-to-target validation, reconciliation controls, and reporting integrity. I built centralized SQL Server monitoring and alerting, tuned core workflow stored procedures by 70–80%, and sustained a zero financial-data-discrepancy release record through pipeline-driven migrations and data-quality checks.

I also piloted a Databricks medallion pipeline that transforms thousands of client documents into analytics-ready gold datasets. I enjoy solving production data problems, strengthening observability, and communicating practical remediation plans directly with banking clients.
