I’m a Senior Database Architect and Data Engineering Lead with 11 years of impact across data layer ownership, cloud migration, and production-grade SQL performance. I’ve driven measurable results, including cutting query runtimes from 12+ hours to under 1 hour and delivering consistent zero-defect releases.

In my current role, I lead a team of 4 engineers owning the entire data layer for a HIPAA-grade healthcare data platform. I redesigned critical SQL logic, re-indexed joins, introduced batch processing, and implemented end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines on Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL to protect data integrity across dev, staging, and production.

I focus on reliability, automation, and operational excellence—eliminating manual CMS/AMA code-set updates through Python + SQL automation, and reducing operational error rates via SQL, Python, and Azure Automation. I also deliver measurable monthly Azure cost savings through automated database cleanup and archival jobs without service impact.

I’m also interested in next-generation capabilities, prototyping AI-assisted SQL generation, RAG-style retrieval, and pgvector (PostgreSQL) to enable intelligent query scenarios. I’m ready to bring my on-site experience for 1–3 year assignments across Europe, UK, or the Middle East.
