At Bown Chiropractic and Wellness Center, I support patients from check-in through treatment preparation, scheduling, payments, and front desk communication. I handle confidential records and sensitive information while helping maintain an organized, welcoming patient experience.

Previously, I assisted customers at Staples across sales, cashiering, returns, and online pickups, and provided compassionate direct resident support at Good Samaritan Society - Marley House. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and bring experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, customer support, and accurate documentation.
