I am a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with over four years of experience in software quality assurance across web, API, and data-driven applications. Throughout my career, I have focused on ensuring that software products meet functional, performance, and business requirements before release. I hold the ISTQB® Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL) certification, which has strengthened my understanding of structured testing principles and best practices.

In my current and previous roles, I have been responsible for analyzing system requirements, designing comprehensive test plans, and writing detailed test cases and test scripts. I have performed functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system behavior and ensure release readiness. I have hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Postman, Jira, and Jenkins. Additionally, I regularly use SQL to validate data integrity across relational databases and to support backend testing efforts.

I have worked in both Agile and Waterfall environments, collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners throughout the software development lifecycle. One of my key strengths is identifying defects early, clearly documenting them, and working cross-functionally to drive timely resolution. I take pride in maintaining thorough test documentation and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Some of my notable achievements include improving regression test coverage, helping reduce production defects through stronger pre-release validation, and streamlining testing workflows to support faster and more reliable releases.
