What I'm looking for

I’m looking to learn and support front office operations—welcoming guests, handling check-in/check-out, answering inquiries, and coordinating the desk—so I can deliver efficient, professional hospitality and a positive guest experience.

I’m a second-year student majoring in English Linguistics with a specialization in E-commerce, and I’ve built strong English communication and basic digital skills. Through tutoring and teaching assistant work, I’ve developed a detail-oriented, organized approach with a customer-first mindset.

I’ve supported learners and families as a freelance English tutor, coordinating schedules, maintaining regular communication, and adjusting instruction based on feedback. I also worked as a Teaching Assistant & Receptionist, handling 10+ daily calls, managing front desk tasks, and assisting with student check-in/check-out and schedule coordination.

I’m eager to learn and support front office operations—welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, responding to guest inquiries, and assisting with front desk coordination. I bring adaptability, the ability to work under pressure, and a drive to contribute to a positive guest experience and efficient service delivery in a professional hospitality environment.
