I launched MycoLumen, a U.S. functional beverage brand, remotely from Vietnam. I sourced its ingredients and packaging across three countries, qualified a GMP-compliant co-packer, and managed purchase orders from quotation through production and shipment.

At MycoLumen, I formulated the product, prepared its FDA labeling, and reviewed manufacturing and batch records before release. I also set testing limits for heavy metals and pesticide residues and commissioned third-party testing for ingredients and finished product.

At Joiflow Vietnam Co., Ltd., I owned the bills of materials for two product lines, sourcing components across four countries. I coordinated suppliers and production schedules, managed imports and customs clearance, and prepared the Vietnam Food Administration registration dossier in house.

I built reusable Claude workflows for supplier correspondence, specification drafting, document review, and reporting, checking outputs against source documents. Earlier, I worked in legal roles in Ukraine, handling contract drafting and review, regulatory matters, legal research, and litigation.
