What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my research, analytical and communication skills within consulting, strategy or consumer insights roles.

For my COS university project, I researched India's premium fashion market and young professional consumers through secondary research, a 15-response survey, three interviews, and store observations in Delhi and London. I developed three consumer personas, customer journeys, a product positioning tool, and three strategic recommendations.

In my Footasylum group project, I owned the primary and secondary research workstream and used SWOT and PESTLE to organise findings for the team's recommendations. I also applied RFM analysis to simulated transaction data in an independent Excel project, creating a dashboard and retention and reactivation recommendations.
