I am a civil engineer with fifteen years of experience in design, construction, supervision, monitoring, and evaluation of structures, roads, and drainage works. I have supported project design, review, approval and implementation across government and private sectors.
As a Senior Engineer and acting Principal Agricultural Officer, I have led project teams, managed World Bank and EU-funded projects totaling significant budgets, and delivered projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
I mentor and develop junior engineers, improve engineering processes, and have contributed to guidelines for water users associations to improve management and maintenance of water sources.
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil & Building) and an Executive MBA, and I pursue continuous professional development in irrigation, GIS/remote sensing, and agricultural extension to align engineering solutions with agricultural development goals.
