What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead annotation teams, improve model safety and factuality, craft scalable QA processes, and collaborate cross-functionally at an impact-driven company.

I am an AI Data Trainer & Annotation Specialist with 4+ years' experience creating, labeling, and reviewing high-quality datasets for global clients such as Google, Nvidia, Cohere, and AI21 Labs. I combine applied linguistics—syntax, semantics, pragmatics, phonetics—and hands-on annotation to guide models toward safer, more factual, and natural outputs.

I have led and mentored annotation teams (35+ people), standardized QA workflows, and developed training documentation and best practices for scalable AI training, supervised fine-tuning (SFT), RLHF, response ranking, and prompt design. I also conducted error analysis and partnered cross-functionally to refine AI behavior for public-facing and sensitive scenarios.

Earlier roles in communications, PR, and multimedia taught me to craft brand-aligned messaging, manage campaigns, and grow audiences organically. I bring a pragmatic, collaborative ethos and measurable impact in both AI model optimization and stakeholder-facing communications.
