What I'm looking for

I am a customer support specialist with 8+ years of experience in relating with customers in-person, via phone calls and emails. I transitioned to become a Cloud Solutions Architect and I'm currently upskilling in this.

I am building skills in Linux and windows Operating Systems. I am gaining hands-on practical skills in using the AWS core services and domains. I am getting hands-on lab skills with the AWS well architected frameworks, taking into considerations the six pillars best practices in my workloads.

I joined Jumia's Supply Chain team in 2012 to help them scale their . I focused mainly on onboarding new customers and resolving weekly at least 50+ complaints. I moved on to the Senior role to become a Senior Operator. In my role as Senior Operator, I trained and developed an average of 10+ newly onboarded staff and partners on Jumia's operations and best practices.
