For IMS, I automated weekly plant management reporting end to end using Python and GitHub Actions. The reporting includes agreed operational KPIs and an AI-generated audio summary with checks on reported figures.
At Pragma Capital, I own commercial operations and built automated lead follow-up workflows connecting CRM, email and forms to real-time databases, saving approximately eight hours per week. I also implemented Claude Team and delivered a workshop on AI for business decision-making.
