What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve enterprise IT service delivery through ServiceNow process design, requirements leadership, workflow automation, governance, and cross-functional Agile collaboration.

I've supported ServiceNow ITSM operations and platform build-outs at ETHOS, ARETE TECH SERVICES, and Wells Fargo, translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

At ETHOS, I supported Problem, Major Incident, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management processes; redesigned approval workflows and escalation paths; and helped migrate 345+ applications to Okta SSO, reducing security vulnerabilities by 40%. I also designed executive dashboards for 750+ application integrations and used Splunk authentication reporting to identify incident patterns and inform workflow improvements.
