What I'm looking for

I'm looking for operations, administration, compliance, or coordination work where I can manage workflows, maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with stakeholders, and improve technology-enabled processes. I'm open to remote opportunities.

I've managed end-to-end training and development administration at ISS, supporting 170+ staff through accurate records, requirements tracking, compliance follow-up, and audit-ready documentation.

I coordinate senior management, clinical governance teams, training providers, universities, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and keep multi-party workflows moving. I also planned departmental training weeks, staff development programmes, and placement logistics from scheduling through delivery.

Previously at Gravity-Tech Inc, I managed client requirements and IT recruitment pipelines, connecting clients and candidates while maintaining timely follow-ups, structured documentation, and clear expectations.
