At ERGO Technology & Services, I managed the Direct Sales online application, owning its roadmap and backlog and running Scrum ceremonies with cross-functional teams. I aligned discovery and delivery with insurance business goals and coordinated work with distributed teams.

I founded SOFTEDGE and built HailMaster, an AI/AR/Computer Vision product for capturing hail damage and estimating repair costs. I also designed iCarSurveyor for image analysis, Card4Glass, and HailMasterConnect.

Earlier, I led product implementations at AudatexUkraine across the CEE region, integrating automotive bodyshop networks with insurance companies. My work has also included digital banking products at HSBC and mobile product delivery at Grand Parade, which received an EGR Award for Innovation.
