At Innovaccer, I manage 75+ production integrations for healthcare organizations, working across SFTP, VPN/IPSec tunnels, FHIR APIs, HL7 v2, REST APIs, and flat-file workflows. My work supports ACO, MSO, IPA, and SHIE clients.
I coordinate with internal data engineering teams and client-side clinical and payer systems from requirements gathering through go-live and post-live monitoring. I also troubleshoot connectivity failures with network, infrastructure, and client IT teams.
I coordinate FHIR API and EHR endpoint setup, validating endpoints and inspecting JSON and XML with Postman. I’ve also executed Python automation scripts developed by the engineering team to support clinical data extraction and workflow optimization.
As a Customer Engagement Apprentice at Innovaccer, I supported interoperability operations and contributed to documentation and workflow improvements. I identified documentation gaps and led the standardization of onboarding and integration tracking templates; I also led an initiative to create VPN tunnel monitoring dashboards with the Infrastructure team.
