I’m a Healthcare AI Implementation Engineer with 7+ years of experience delivering end-to-end SaaS implementation—from requirement gathering and configuration to testing, go-live, and production support. I bring a strong healthcare workflow focus, including patient intake, appointment scheduling, and EHR-integrated systems.

In my current role, I conduct discovery sessions with clients to map current-state and future-state workflows, identify gaps, and translate needs into implementation plans. I configure AI-driven healthcare workflows and integrate EHR systems (Athena) using REST APIs for real-time patient data and appointment management, ensuring alignment through UAT and go-live execution.

I also work hands-on with AI-powered applications, including GPT/LLM-based experiences and voice AI workflows. I’ve tested and monitored AI interactions to validate real-time patient experiences, analyze conversational gaps, and improve response accuracy, latency, and reliability across API-driven systems.

Earlier, I built NLP and ML solutions using LLMs (OpenAI GPT, BERT, Transformers), created AI chatbots with FastAPI and Azure AI Services, and deployed models using Docker and Kubernetes. Before that, I engineered large-scale data platforms with Apache Spark and Hadoop—optimizing ETL pipelines, managing clusters, and supporting production reliability—backed by cloud and admin certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, and Cloudera/Linux credentials).
