At BusyBees Logistics Solutions Pvt Ltd (Xpressbees), I led AI database architecture for AWS RDS/Aurora PostgreSQL and MongoDB platforms. I built a pgvector-based RAG layer and an Ollama pipeline that reduced incident detection time from 45 minutes to under 2 minutes.
I also created a CrewAI multi-agent framework for first-pass incident diagnosis and designed Kafka CDC pipelines connecting MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, S3, and Redshift. For a 20TB production database, I architected bi-directional Snowflake and PostgreSQL replication with sub-second latency and exactly-once delivery.
At RSAB IT India / Unique Travel CORP (Unique Vacations Ltd), I oversaw high-availability architecture across 300+ database instances and led Oracle-to-open-source migrations. I also worked on the Sandals & Beaches booking and reservation engine and integrated its data into Snowflake.
Earlier, I supported database platforms for telecom, airline, healthcare, and hospitality systems. My work has included database architecture, replication and disaster recovery, migration, performance tuning, and AI-assisted database operations.
