At Each Person, I established the first automation capability for an employee recognition SaaS platform, defining test strategy across API, UI, and performance testing. I raised automation coverage to about 75% and cut regression runs to under 30 minutes.
I built an ephemeral Kubernetes/AWS performance test bench and used it to test with about 1,000 concurrent virtual users. The load tests exposed service failures and missing database indexes after an ECS-to-Kubernetes migration.
At Jumio, I designed end-to-end validation for identity verification flows, from document capture and face matching through OCR, fraud checks, and final decisions. I also engineered an AWS Lambda/API Gateway/SNS/SQS adapter that enabled Gatling to drive asynchronous services, and the proof of concept was adopted by additional teams.
Earlier, at Macy's, I built a Django/Flask self-service test data platform that provisions fresh datasets on demand; about 50 engineers adopted it. At Aspire Systems, I implemented contract-first API testing with RestAssured, TestNG, and WireMock, enabling testing before APIs were finished.
