I build scalable automation frameworks for AI, microservices, mobile, and web platforms.

At Freshworks, I lead a team of testers and build automation for AI Actions, Agentic services, and AI Services. I achieved 100% test coverage for AI Actions and Agentic services using Karate Framework and automated WAAS microservices with Python and Pytest.

I built Playwright and TypeScript UI automation from scratch, delivering roughly 50% faster execution. I also migrated a Ruby and Selenium suite to Playwright, improving stability by roughly 40% and reducing execution time by roughly 35%.

My work spans RAG accuracy and precision testing, Kafka event validation, REST and SSE workflows, K6 load testing, and Docker-based automation deployments on Amazon ECR and EKS. I also developed FastAPI mock servers to reduce dependency on live services.

Previously, I led QA teams at Gojek and Zeta, automated APIs and mobile apps, and owned end-to-end testing for microservices. Across Freshworks, Gojek, Zeta, Reliance Payment Solutions, and Manhattan Associates, I've focused on reliable releases, reusable frameworks, and stronger regression coverage.
