At Spiral Search, I gather requirements from client and internal stakeholders and turn them into BRD/FRD-level specifications for enterprise software implementations. I run workshops to map processes and define KPIs, reports, approval workflows, and integrations.
I coordinate UAT between business users and technical teams, and serve as the primary contact for client clarifications and implementation follow-ups. I also manage procurement across 30–35 vendors and built Excel reports that replaced manual consolidation and reconciliation in recurring reporting.
In self-initiated analytics projects, I used Python, SQL, and Power BI to examine 450,000+ food delivery orders and 10,000+ manufacturing records. My analysis traced rider reassignment delays to an estimated ₹18L/month in revenue leakage and identified machines driving a disproportionate share of maintenance costs.
