I’m an ISTQB-certified QA Test Engineer with 6+ years of experience in manual and automation testing, specializing in Telecom (T-Mobile, USA) and Banking (Deutsche Bank) domain projects. I build and maintain Cucumber BDD automation and execute REST/SOAP API testing using Postman and SOAPUI, validating request/response payloads, headers, and endpoint contracts against Swagger UI specifications. I also integrate automated test suites into CI/CD using GitLab to ensure continuous testing with quality gates.

In my most recent role as Senior QA Test Engineer at HCL Technologies Pvt Ltd (Client: T-Mobile, USA / India), I created Cucumber automation test scripts (feature files, test suite files, payload files, and test data files) aligned for web applications. I’ve used Splunk log analysis to diagnose defects and accelerate resolution, and I’ve designed performance test scripts with Apache JMeter and HP LoadRunner (load, stress, endurance, and spike) to support large-scale web application environments. I’m hands-on with defect tracking and test management through JIRA, Qtest, and Confluence, and I actively partner in Agile/Scrum practices like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to keep QA traceable from requirements through to test results.
