At Hashiraworks, I lead design across 3–5 enterprise B2B SaaS products spanning performance management, HR tech, workforce intelligence, CRM, fintech, AI, and crypto. I create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and usability tests that help managers, HR, and finance teams work through broken workflows.

I turn dense business data into readable, actionable dashboards and simplify multi-role experiences through information architecture and reusable design-system patterns.

Previously at AVASOFT / zeb, I designed responsive, accessible web and mobile experiences for healthcare, logistics, and finance. I led research, wireframing, prototyping, and early usability testing, and designed a conversational UI around real product behavior to support engagement and task completion.

I work closely with product managers, engineers, QA, and stakeholders in agile teams, using Figma Make for prototype exploration and Claude Code for design-to-code handoff and UI validation. I keep accessibility, quality, and design governance central to the work.
