At KBC Systems / Heat N Cold Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I design psychrometric lab systems, including humidifiers, AHUs, cooling coils, and condensing units. I create 2D and 3D models of AHU and lab equipment assemblies using SolidWorks.
I also manage engineering documentation such as ECNs, BOMs, and BCRs, and support product changes with cross-functional teams using Agile methodology. I conduct fitment trials and integrity checks to support production readiness.
Previously, I designed 2D and 3D machine parts at RPJ Design and BIM Solution. At Tatim Automate Pvt. Ltd., I worked on pre-processing and meshing for automotive components, including plastic, BIW, and tetra meshing for durability, crash, and NVH analyses.
