At New Bharat Aircon Pvt. Ltd., I designed AutoCAD ducting and piping layouts for multi-unit AC installations across commercial sites. I produced installation-ready drawings with duct sizing annotations and floor plan overlays.
I worked with HVAC engineers to validate schematics against load requirements, reducing on-site revision cycles by about 15%. That internship strengthened my experience with HVAC drawings and MEP documentation.
Through my CAD projects and training, I modeled an ATV chassis, a Universal Joint, and mechanical assemblies using SolidWorks, CATIA, and other CAD tools. I also completed structural simulation exercises in ANSYS and developed sheet metal and surface modeling projects.
