I’m a BBA graduate building my long-term career in HR, with hands-on People Services and HR Operations experience in a Government of India Defence PSU environment. I focus on HRIS data management and timeliness—auditing employment files, resolving employee queries, and supporting payroll-related data workflows with strict confidentiality and data protection norms.

In my role, I cross-verify employee details between physical records and SAP systems, maintain Excel trackers for audit readiness, and convert disciplinary records into structured formats for SAP upload. I also support benefits administration and employment verification/RTI response processes by reviewing HR policies and preparing draft documentation for senior officers—driving accurate outcomes and continuous process improvement in high-volume, compliance-driven operations.
