I’m an HR Operations professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience in employee data management, end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS administration at Titan Company Limited. I maintain accurate employee master data across the full employee lifecycle while processing data changes with precision and staying compliant with SOPs and SLAs.

I support HR service delivery through MyHR and ticketing systems, handling ESS/MSS query support and first-point-of-contact resolutions for employee and manager questions. I execute data validation checks and periodic audits to maintain high data quality, proactively resolving discrepancies to protect system integrity.

I also build HR reporting and dashboards (MIS, ad-hoc analysis, HR analytics) to monitor data quality and surface process improvement opportunities. I collaborate with HR Business Partners, payroll, and IT teams to deliver seamless HR service, and I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources to deepen my strategic HR capabilities.
