I’m an AWS-focused System Administrator specializing in production deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud operations. I take ownership of the full deployment lifecycle—building automation that improves reliability and speeds releases.

In my current role, I collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline failures using Jenkins and GitHub Actions, improving deployment success rate. I also designed and implemented CI/CD pipelines for new application deployments, enabling automated build, test, and release workflows.

I manage and deploy container platforms using Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), provisioning clusters and releasing applications with Helm. For observability and operational excellence, I monitor system performance and availability with Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and Datadog—building interactive dashboards and alerts.

I’m equally strong in incident response: I led troubleshooting during production outages, working bridge calls to resolve complex issues and minimize service disruption. I also automate operational tasks using Bash and Azure CLI, and in prior work I provisioned AWS infrastructure with Terraform to improve stability and reduce downtime.
