What I'm looking for

I'm looking for partnerships, affiliate and growth marketing roles.

At Cosmofeed Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (SuperProfile), I run an international creator-led partner marketing campaign aimed at product signups. I source and onboard partners, negotiate performance-based deals, and manage campaigns through launch.

I manage a pipeline of 50+ partners across the US and Europe. I price deals using CPM and recurring commission, and write briefs around a comment-to-DM conversion funnel.

At Xynocast Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., I was the main client contact for Japan and Italy across concurrent software projects. I translated client requirements into specifications and shared weekly status and risk reports with senior stakeholders.

I coordinated teams of 3–11 developers, testers and designers in Jira, and took a construction management platform for a Japanese client from requirements to release. I also built Excel and Jira dashboards to track deadlines, workload and delivery metrics.
