At Pansophic Technologies, I architected SalesMate, a multi-tenant AI sales agent platform for automated lead qualification. It supports concurrent outbound campaigns, multilingual conversations, and integrations with Salesforce and telephony providers.
I also built the Allyra User Agent, an ADK-native multi-agent orchestrator, and delivered the Sally AI backend for the Tata Neu super-app. My work there includes real-time voice agents, RAG, and two-way WhatsApp automation.
Before Pansophic Technologies, I developed production AI chatbots at Vrozart Dackson Enterprises Pvt Ltd and built Django REST Framework endpoints at Limbic Technology. I’ve also fine-tuned domain LLMs and built personal projects in voice calling, MCP, and conversational workflow automation.
