What I'm looking for

Seeking a full-time remote People Operations or HR Coordinator role with a global tech firm. Background in HR management, onboarding, record administration, and operational support. Looking for worldwide remote flexibility and structured workflows. Target: $42k–$55k USD/yr.

At Royal Ceramics Lanka PLC, I supported HR operations as an HR Intern, processing casual employee payroll and salary calculations to help ensure timely, accurate payments.

I also supported recruitment, including CV screening, candidate communication, and interview coordination. My work included leave tracking, EPF/ETF documentation, and administrative logistics.

As a Service Facilitator in the TPM Department, I tracked Kaizen initiatives and prepared Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations on project progress. I also facilitated cross-departmental communication around TPM initiatives and project documentation.
