At Zora Global AI Technology, I developed and maintained CRM modules for customer management, workflows, dashboards, and user management. I integrated REST APIs and managed backend database operations using Django and PostgreSQL.
I also identified and resolved software bugs, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve frontend responsiveness.
For my Customer Relationship Management System project, I built modules for customers, workflows, tasks, notifications, and dashboards using React.js, Django REST Framework, and PostgreSQL. I also built the responsive Dip & Dash Website and designed a food delivery app prototype in Figma.
