What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead MIS and analytics initiatives, implement data governance, and drive credit operations improvements in a collaborative, growth-oriented organization.

I am an MIS and credit operations professional with six-plus years of experience across finance and telecom sectors, holding a B.Sc. from the University of Colombo. I combine credit risk assessment, business analytics, and MIS leadership to drive operational efficiency.

At Dialog Axiata and HNB Finance I led credit control and evaluation activities, developed dashboards, and supported major system migration and digitization initiatives. I have hands-on experience authorizing credit, reconciling accounts, and resolving complex disputes.

In my current role as Assistant Manager – MIS I lead scope and structural development for the MIS function, implement data governance and SOPs, and build Power BI dashboards to inform executive decision-making. I deliver ad-hoc analytical insights and management reporting to support strategic goals.

I am results-oriented, strong in stakeholder coordination, and adept at translating business requirements into analytics and process improvements. I bring leadership, technical proficiency in BI and ERP tools, and a track record of recognized contributions to organizational performance.
