At 7-Eleven Global Solution Center, I lead strategic sourcing and contract negotiations across IT software, hardware, construction, and direct materials categories. I manage end-to-end RFx processes, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, and sourcing decisions.

I've delivered more than $100K in cost savings through commodity analysis, tariff assessments, supplier negotiations, and total-cost optimization. I also eliminated over 76 days of annual manual effort by automating and standardizing procurement workflows.

Previously, I supported semiconductor manufacturing procurement at Applied Materials and managed sourcing for 40+ suppliers at Bharat Electronics Limited. I work closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, QA, and warehouse teams to protect continuity, improve supplier performance, and strengthen procurement execution.
