Vini Leme

At AeC Contact Center, I lead and support approximately 13 QA analysts across multiple projects and business areas. I define test strategies, review automation code, and mentor QA professionals.

I reduced a regression test cycle from five days to one hour by implementing test automation. I develop automated tests with Playwright and performance tests with k6, with execution integrated into Azure Pipelines.

Previously, as a Quality Assurance Analyst at AeC Contact Center, I designed and executed functional tests for web and desktop applications. I developed automated tests using Robot Framework, Cypress, Selenium, Python, and JavaScript, and performed load and stress testing with JMeter.

My earlier work includes assessing technical feasibility and creating functional and user documentation as a Mid-Level Systems Analyst at AeC Contact Center, and developing voicebots with low-code tools and VBScript at BlueLab. I hold ISTQB CTFL and Certified ScrumMaster certifications.
