I've doubled deployment frequency, eliminated scheduled maintenance windows, and cut regression cycle time by more than 60% through CI/CD, observability, progressive delivery, and event-driven platform modernization. I also led the rollout of Claude Code and Cursor, establishing evaluation criteria and guardrails for AI-assisted development.
My hands-on foundation spans distributed systems, full-stack engineering, release infrastructure, and developer experience at Illumio and eBay.
