What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead secure cloud modernization and application architecture, using AI-assisted engineering to accelerate delivery. I want a people-first team where I can mentor engineers, own DevSecOps roadmaps, and improve quality and speed.

I’m an Engineering Leader with 17+ years spanning enterprise architecture, software engineering, and team leadership. I focus on turning modernization goals into practical roadmaps—especially for enterprise mainframe transformation.

In my current work, I lead discovery and capture of the full mainframe application inventory to support migration sequencing and rationalization. I evaluate rehost, replatform, and refactor options per workload, then apply AI-assisted analysis with tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot to accelerate code comprehension, documentation, and dependency mapping.

I bring a DevSecOps product ownership mindset by prioritizing pipeline and tooling backlogs, embedding security scanning and compliance gates into CI/CD, and aligning stakeholders across engineering and executive leadership. My leadership has driven measurable outcomes, including cutting deployment times by 95% and reducing defect rates by 40%, while building high-retention, high-performing teams.

Deep in AWS and Azure cloud architecture, I use Terraform and Infrastructure as Code to automate provisioning and CI/CD delivery. I’m also growing my approach to generative AI and AI-assisted engineering—especially prompt-driven workflows and LLM-based code analysis—to improve developer productivity without sacrificing code quality or reliability.
