What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Software or Cloud Engineering role where I can use AWS, incident management, and ITIL practices to keep systems reliable, while continuously learning through hands-on infrastructure work in a high-growth team.

I’m an aspiring Software Developer and Jr. Cloud Engineer with 1+ year of experience in cloud infrastructure and IT operations. I support AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, and VPC, applying core concepts like regions, availability zones, auto-scaling, and security groups to improve deployment reliability.

I manage the end-to-end IT Incident lifecycle—logging, tracking, prioritizing, and resolving service requests to SLA targets—while using ITIL-based incident handling and change management. I also monitor and troubleshoot virtualized environments with VMware vCenter, vSphere, ESXi, and Lenovo XClarity, and I maintain detailed documentation to speed up resolutions. I’m now seeking a Software or Cloud Engineering role where I can apply these skills and grow in a high-growth environment.
