At GetYourGuide, I lead the Inventory Group’s strategy, org design, and delivery across Pricing-Tech, Availability, and Connectivity, covering Group PM scope for 23 engineers.
I redesigned two overlapping legacy teams into three mission teams without disrupting delivery, improved connector throughput 2.5x, and raised system health from the high-50s to the high-90s through SLO roadmaps and measurable tech milestones.
I’ve delivered eight-figure annualized GMV impact, exceeded a commission-flexibility business case at roughly 190% of target, and helped secure 20+ headcount investment through company-wide pricing strategy work. I’m willing to stop favored initiatives when discovery shows we’re solving the wrong problem.
