I’m a loan operations and disbursement professional, currently working as a Disbursement Officer – Home Loan at Godrej Housing Finance Limited (Oct 2025 to Apr 2026). I handle end-to-end operational work “from Login to Disbursement,” ensuring smooth execution and timely outputs.

I own weekly MIS ownership—checking, updating, and forwarding details to the Central Operation Manager. I also build and maintain MIS in Excel and Google Sheets across modules such as Login, FI, Legal & Technical, RCU, Disbursement, and Personal Discussion, and I send updates to higher authority on a daily basis while resolving audit queries as per company norms.

Previously, at Avanse Financial Services Ltd (May 2023 to Oct 2025), I served as CPA (Executive) for Education Loans (Unsecured & Secured). My responsibilities remained operations-focused, including “from Login to Disbursement” processing, MIS checks and updates, MIS creation in Excel/Google Sheets, and daily authority updates.

Before banking and finance, I worked as a Plant Supervisor at RKC INFRABUILT PVT LTD (Feb 2020 to Apr 2023), supervising crusher operations, coordinating with Project Managers on production schedules, and managing shift operations at crushing sites. I bring strong communication and teamwork, along with practical IT capability in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and operating systems—always aiming to contribute through organized execution and leadership while growing with a learning-focused organization.
