I've managed HR, administration, and day-to-day site operations for HIQ Services at NCL's Coal Handling Plant, covering attendance, time office records, gate passes, VTC documentation, MIS reporting, vendor coordination, and compliance.

At JSW BPSL through HEMS Corporation and Singh & Associates, I handled employee records, salary sheets, muster rolls, payroll coordination, vendor billing, statutory documentation, KPI dashboards, rake reports, demurrage analysis, and operational presentations. I also supported Track Hopper and Wagon Tippler operations while maintaining TPM and 5S documentation.

Earlier, I coordinated residential society operations at Commonwealth Society and led sales coordination activities at Beejapuri Dairy Pvt. Ltd. I use Excel, MS Office, MIS automation, barcode generation, and AI documentation tools to keep operations accurate, organized, and audit-ready.
